2020 Lifestyle tips

I think we can all agree that this year has been hectic. However, it has taught me a few things.

1) Cherish time with people you love. You never know if there will be a next time. A person's health status can change in a matter of seconds.
2) Evaluate your relationships. Are the people you call friend being a friend back to you? It's ok to take a break from people or cut ties. Make sure you make decisions based on your happiness and inner peace.
3) No matter how busy life gets make time to appreciate yourself. You can use your phone calendar to schedule something daily or weekly surrounding your wants and needs. Take out the time to check out the new restaurant you've been thinking about or take a much-needed trip.

This year has made it easy to fall into depression, hold on to unhealthy relationships, stress eat, and forget to socialize with others. Continue to connect with people and hold yourself accountable to keep pushing through. I know it may be hard right now. If nobody else has told you today. You are amazing, you deserve to be loved in a healthy manner, and you owe it to yourself to have the best lifestyle you can imagine.
