Life during the pandemic

There is so much going on in the world. It can be difficult to cope in a healthy manner and to stay positive and motivated right now. One thing we can't change is time. There are ways you can still stay safe during the pandemic, while also keeping your sanity. Being inside the house all day keeps you safe, but locks you into your thoughts. I don't know about you, but too much time to think is a bad place for me. It's too much time to second guess myself and think about bad things. Use your time wisely. Enjoy your family and friends! Go for a walk, start that hobby you've been putting off, watch the movie you keep saying you want to see. Viruses have the power to attack the cells in your body, but you have the power to take control of your spirit. This virus is very real, but don't neglect your sanity.
